Lion Red, the quintessential Kiwi beer, began life as the Pale Ale from the Great Northern Brewery in 1907 - a great year for beer and an even better one for beer drinkers. Over the last century, Lion Red has become a favourite for celebrating great times with good mates.

Mac's Freeride is a pale ale brewed to be super low in alcohol but still full in flavour by the process of arrested fermentation. Pale and crystal malts are used to give the beer a smooth, caramelised malt flavour and full body. Fermentation is controlled to keep alcohol at less than 0.5% and then the beer is dry-hopped with New Zealand Nectaron hops, giving aromas of tropical fruit plus notes of peach and grapefruit.

Brewed to produce flavours of citrus, pine & tropical fruit. This India Pale Ale is then dry hopped for an explosion of hop aroma & flavour. While a modicum of classic malt helps to put body into Hop Rocker, that's hardly why it's so called. Smell those citrus aromas. Savour those bitter notes. All the result of Nelson Sauvin and New Zealand Cascade hops, adding a touch of botanical exoticism to your leisure activities.

This isn't your average low-carb beer - Maverick is an elevated, high-flying experience. This 99% carb-free bright lager is dry hopped with Superdelic and Nectaron hops, giving it bold tropical notes and a crisp, refreshing finish. Everything you crave in a beer, minus the guilt.

A Mac's take on the NEIPA (New England-style IPA), brewed to be lower in bitterness than traditional IPAs, but still very generously hopped, both in the brewhouse and dry-hopped in fermentation, with an emphasis on producing juicy, tropical fruit flavours. The large amount of dry-hopping is also what gives the beer its hazy appearance. And at 5.2% ABV it makes for a very sessionable brew.

Mac's Slim Hazy is a Hazy IPA brewed to be low in carbs but still full in flavour. Slim Hazy uses Citra and Simcoe hops in the brewhouse and again for dry-hopping, this gives the beer both the right level of bitterness as well as up-front flavour and aroma. Mac's Slim Hazy has notes of passionfruit, pine and stone fruit. Overall, an easy drinking, very session-able IPA.

Low on bitterness, high on those good hop aromas and flavours, this hazy's got just what you need. It's juicy and fruity with citrus, stonefruit and tropical notes.

This is an easy drinking but bold hazy IPA using the best of NZ hops. Leading the hops is the famous Motueka from Clayton Hops which provides citrus characters supported by Wai-iti from NZ hops to balance it out providing subtle apricot and peach characters.
