In deepest rural Ireland, on the edge of a lake in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, is home of The Shed Distillery and PJ Rigney. With its unique recipe of 14 botanicals, we take our signature Edinburgh Gin Classic, and post-infuse it with rhubarb and ginger to create this full-strength expression. In 2015 Four Pillars combined their Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create the Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. And now each year they steep Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin, and after eight weeks they press the fruit before blending with more Rare Dry Gin.
