Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon is first matured in traditional wine barrels before being finished in aged Irish whiskey barrels. This distinctive process adds layers of richness and complexity, enhancing the wine's vibrant cassis and dark fruit character. Smooth and beautifully integrated, the palate reveals notes of ripe blackcurrant, roasted nuts and subtle savoury spice, supported by fine tannins and a long, velvety finish. Match with roasted rack of lamb with chargrilled eggplant.

The Cover Drive Cabernet Sauvignon, first released in 2001, has been inspired by the great cricketing history of this vineyard. The wines consistently show great line and length. The nose leads with aromas of fresh tobacco leaf, cassis, boysenberry and spice. A silk like entry on the palate with super fine, detailed tannin, ripe berried fruits, a hint of tobacco and the classic brambles of Clare Cabernet to finish.

Vibrant aromatics of purple fruited compote, spice and purple florals on the nose. The palate is dominated by dark fruits and brambles, spice and a hint of warming oak, with a seamless flow and integrated tannin.

Kuru Kuru Pinot Noir - the grapes were grown using organic practices at their vineyard located high up on the slopes of Bendigo in Central Otago. Matured in French oak barrels (1/3 new), this wine is elegant and complex displaying red berry fruits, plum, spice and savoury characters. Fine tannins and luscious fruit flavours stay long on the palate. Drinking well now and will age well for many years.

The Barossa is famous for its viticulture, history and winemaking dating back to the 1840s. At its heart is the Valley Floor, a highly prized strip of viticultural land which is the very foundation and forms the essence of this wine. A true taste of the Barossa.

Nice, vibrant ruby red colour. Sweetly scented and classically "Martinborough" with a nice balance of red cherry, pretty florals and savoury, earthy notes. A delicious array of ripe and succulent red berry/cherry flavours and layers. Lovely spice and quite a lot of fruit and oak sweetness on the finish, complimented nicely by silky tannins and delicate acidity. Nice, fresh and youthful Pinot Noir expression. Great drinking now and will cellar nicely for 5 plus years. Food match with braised rabbit pappardelle.

Deep ruby in appearance with aromas of dark fruit, such as blackcurrents, plums and boysenberries. Layered beneath there are also hints of tobacco, liquorice and cloves.

Upon release it is deep ruby in colour. The nose is brimming with vibrant red fruit including plum, raspberry and cherry. There are also hints of spice, vanilla and chocolate, with some underlying savoury notes. The wine is mouth-filling, yet balanced with plush velvety tannins, refreshing acidity and a prolonged finish.

A full-bodied red featuring a deep dark crimson hue and a complex, brooding nose of wild berry, blackcurrant, and leather. On the palate, it delivers a rich concentration of flavours, offering a sweet entry of Doris plum and wild berry balanced by savoury, earthy undertones and beautifully soft tannins. This elegant and robust wine pairs exceptionally well with hearty meat dishes, cured cheese platters, or a selection of tapas.

Brassknocker by McArthur Ridge is their Village level Pinot Noir, the name is inspired from the unique Brassknocker soils which the McArthur Ridge vineyard are planted in, sited on expansive ancient glacial moraine terraces in Alexandra, Central Otago. Beautiful floral notes, aromatic and complex, showing ripe cherry, oak spice, and mocha notes on the nose. The palate is succulent with rich red berry notes, violets, oregano herbal nuances and fine tannins. The wine is supported by fine acidity and finishes with a long and balanced persistency.

Ruby red in colour, this wine has a bouquet of savoury red berry fruit, black cherry and vanilla that combine with aromas of black forest berries, cloves and dark violets, finishing with soft stony notes. Dry on the palate with a core of fruit, savoury tannins give it a great texture. The oak influence is obvious with baking spices, brown sugar and smokiness. Expect this wine to improve further with careful cellaring over the next 7-10 years.
